There are hundreds of villas on the island. Below are the thirty-four I place most often - the ones I'd send my own friends to. If yours isn't here yet, ask: chances are I've been in it.

The ones on this list win on rate for the neighbourhood, right size for the group, and the kind of concierge you'd actually want. Not the biggest houses, not the flashiest photos - the ones that land well.

These are the same villas the agencies advertise on their public sites, often at lower rates because I negotiate as a partner. The shortlist arrives with the all-in number for your week - the one that ends up on the contract.
