The ones that do have the right outdoor footprint for the ceremony, a kitchen the catering team can actually cook in, and clear rules with the local authorities about late evening music. The first job of a wedding villa agent is to filter on those constraints, then shortlist on aesthetics.

Yes, but the legal civil ceremony has to take place at the Mairie in Gustavia. Many couples then host a symbolic blessing at the villa, with the cocktail and dinner reception on the property. A handful of villas have a dedicated ceremony space large enough for fifty to one hundred guests.
For a seated dinner, most wedding capable villas comfortably handle thirty to sixty guests. Larger numbers are possible (up to one hundred and twenty for a cocktail style reception) but require a villa with a substantial outdoor footprint, often on flat ground rather than the cliff villas. Mention guest count in the form.
Usually not. The wedding villa hosts the bridal party (six to twelve people typically). Other guests stay in nearby villas or hotels we coordinate. We build a parallel accommodation list for the rest of the wedding party as part of the shortlist.
Yes. Once the villa is locked, the same person organizes the full vendor stack: catering team, florist, photographer, videographer, DJ or live band, ceremony officiant, and transport for the guests between hotels and the villa. Each vendor has worked on the island and we share references on request.
Yes. The island enforces a music curfew, typically eleven PM for amplified music outdoors. Some villas are better insulated or further from neighbors and can stretch this slightly. After the curfew, the party can move indoors. We will only show villas that match the late evening plan you describe.
Twelve to eighteen months ahead is normal for a destination wedding in St Barthélemy. Six months is the practical minimum if your dates are flexible by a few days. The most aesthetic wedding villas have wedding bookings on the books two seasons out.
