YOUR ST BARTH / Concierge
Personal on-island concierge service in St Barthélemy, built into every villa booking.
Most agencies charge for concierge as a separate service. We do not. Once your villa is booked, the same person who sent your shortlist organizes the trip end to end. Airport transfer, private chef, restaurant reservations, yacht, kite, surprises. Send your villa request and the concierge is part of it.
One inquiry covers villa booking and concierge during your stay.
/ Concierge in St Barth
The standard model in the St Barth villa industry is to sell the villa, then route the guest to a concierge desk for the chef, the boat, the restaurants. Each handoff is a chance for the brief to get lost. Each handoff is also typically billed as a separate service line.
YourStBarth runs both phases. The same person who sends your villa shortlist organizes every concierge request. The chef brief is built into the villa contract conversation. The airport transfer is timed to your villa lock. The restaurant table on Christmas Eve is on the list before you ask.
One contact, two phases, no fee on your side. The compensation comes from the agency commission on the villa booking, not from your concierge spend. The concierge does not pad the bill, because there is no incentive to.

/ Concierge service FAQ
Not on this practice. Once you book your villa, the concierge work is bundled into the relationship. The compensation is the villa rental commission paid by the agency. You pay only for the actual services (chef bill, restaurant tab, boat charter, airport transfer) at cost.
Airport transfer from Saint Martin (SXM) by boat or charter flight or helicopter, private chef booking and menu coordination, restaurant reservations across the island, yacht and boat charters, kite or scuba lessons, in-villa massage and trainer, photographer for special occasions, helicopter ride, drone footage of the villa, special celebration setups (cake, flowers, music), and any custom request that fits within local regulations.
Two to four weeks before arrival is ideal for high season. Christmas, New Year and February break need six to twelve weeks for the chef and the table reservations specifically. Last minute concierge requests still work for most needs except chef on holiday nights.
Same agent on WhatsApp. The on-island response time during the stay is much shorter than the inquiry response time, often under fifteen minutes during the day. Restaurant additions, boat day extensions, last minute chef nights, all handled in real time.
Yes. The same model applies for groups: one contact, no separate concierge fee. Group transfers, multi-villa logistics, vendor coordination for weddings (florist, photographer, officiant, music) all run through the same hand.
A hotel concierge is excellent inside the hotel ecosystem and across the standard activities. A villa concierge with deep agency relationships and no fee on the guest side has more flexibility on the rate side, more integration with the villa staff, and a single human contact across the whole trip rather than a rotating desk.
