I am on villa rentals every day in St Barthélemy. If your project is different, buying or selling a house here, I take these too.

The setup is straightforward. My Villa in St Barth holds the professional Transaction card that French law requires of any agency intermediating a real-estate deal here, and I work as one of their collaborators on the island. Every mandate stays with the agency, with me on the ground.

What that adds, compared to an agency based in Paris or New York, is presence. I live here year-round, I can walk a parcel tomorrow, and I know what a wet-season roof looks like versus a dry-season one. That kind of local judgment does not travel well through a PDF.

Send me a note with your project, budget and timing. I usually get back within a day, and I tell you honestly whether the project has a shot right now, or whether I am the wrong person for it.
