They sit at the very top of the market with weekly rates starting in the high six figures during high season. Tell us in the form if a true private pad is non negotiable and the shortlist filters accordingly.
Quick helicopter access from the public helicopter pad in Saint Jean. Most top tier villas are within a five to ten minute drive. The arrival sequence is helicopter from Saint Martin SXM (ten minute flight), short drive to the villa with luggage already loaded.
Once your villa is locked, we coordinate with St Barth Helicopter, JetSet, or another operator depending on availability and group size. The flight is around ten minutes. Helicopter transfer can also handle the return to SXM for the connection back home.
Only at the villas that have a permitted private helipad, and the operation is logged with the local civil aviation authority. We coordinate with your operator and the villa property manager to confirm the slot and the security perimeter.
Yes. The island enforces helicopter operating hours and noise abatement. Most pad activity stops at sunset and resumes at sunrise. Villas with permitted pads have agreed protocols and we share the schedule with each booking.
