Five plus bedrooms with equivalent suites, infinity or lap pool with strong exposure, full time housekeeping during the stay, optional resident staff (chef, butler, driver, security), often a helipad or dedicated parking, sea cliff or beachfront location, freshly built or fully renovated within the last five years. Weekly rates start around eighty thousand and run into the high six figures for the absolute top properties during Christmas week.
Some include daily housekeeping and a property manager. Most can add chef, butler, driver, nanny and security on request, billed separately. The full staff villa is the highest tier of the rental experience and we coordinate every role with named candidates and references.
Very. Owner names rarely appear publicly. Many villas are owned through holding entities. The lease is between the rental agency and the guest, and we treat every inquiry with the discretion the owners expect. NDAs are not unusual on the highest tier and we accommodate.
Yes. The St Barth airport (SBH) has a strict approach but several villas have private helipads or quick access to the helicopter pad in Saint Jean. Helicopter transfer from Saint Martin SXM is standard for top tier guests, ten minute flight. We coordinate with St Barth Helicopter, JetSet, or another operator depending on availability.
Yes, with the standard noise and capacity rules of the island. The top tier villas often have separate event spaces, professional kitchens for outside catering teams, and the outdoor footprint to absorb a hundred guests for a cocktail or fifty for a seated dinner. Tell us in the form.
Twelve to eighteen months ahead for Christmas, New Year and February school break. Six to nine months for shoulder weeks. The top fifty villas are often booked back to back across the high season and a late inquiry is rarely possible at the absolute top tier.
