The published St Barth average is skewed by the top fifty villas. Below that tier the market is more accessible than it looks. One bedroom, two bedroom and small three bedroom villas in the shoulder season often start at fifteen to twenty thousand a week, sometimes less. Christmas and New Year remain the exception.
