For a thirty guest reception with the family staying elsewhere, a four bedroom villa with a large terrace and a flat ground for setup works well. Tell us the number for dinner and the number staying overnight, those are two different things.

The villas that handle this well have a flat outdoor space, a kitchen the catering team can use, and parking or drop off space for guest arrivals.
Yes. Local photographers used to private events on the island, with a relaxed style that does not feel posed. We brief them on the surprise, the timing, and the look. A two to four hour package starting at the cocktail and ending at the dessert is the typical brief. Drone footage of the villa with sunset is a popular add on.
Six to nine months ahead is comfortable for high season. Three to six months works for shoulder season. Outside of Christmas and New Year, last minute is feasible at three to six weeks notice depending on neighborhood preference.
